Return Policy

Orders placed in Neo Stores and Neo Store website can be picked up from the stores or delivered to you. Payment can be done either cash or bank/wallet transfer in the in stores and website both.

The return policy may not be the same for all the products under a different product category.  The product which is under the warranty period will be redirected to the service center; return & refund policies will not be eligible for such products.


Valid reasons to return an item :

  1. If the Delivered Product is damaged/defective (physically damaged or broken).
  2. If the Delivered Product is incorrect/incomplete (missing product or wrong product/ different from the product presented on the website) 
  • Change of mind is not applicable to products that you have bought from e-commerce unless the product is defective/damaged or different/wrong item delivered to you at the time of delivery.
  • Please note that certain items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return.
  • If the delivered item is damaged/defective/Wrong, the item is eligible for a free replacement.
  • After that products will be serviced under warranty but may not be returned or exchanged.
